Delivery
Shipping policy
How fresh batches are dispatched, how charges are calculated and how to track your parcel.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are prepared after the payment is received and dispatched 4–5 days later. Delivery usually takes a further 3–4 working days after dispatch, subject to fresh-batch availability, weekends and public holidays.
Delivery partners and tracking
Domestic parcels are generally sent through DTDC. A waybill or AWB number is added after the parcel is accepted by the courier. Customers can use the Track Order page or the link shown in My Account.
Delivery charges
Shipping within India is charged at ₹120 for every started kilogram, worked out from the pack weights in your basket. Any part kilogram counts as a full one, so 1.25 kg is charged as 2 kg (₹240). The same rate applies across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana — there is no separate city rate. The exact charge is shown before payment. Remote-area routing may need a separate quote.
Orders from outside India
Overseas delivery is quoted separately and cannot be bought online at present. Please contact us with your country and the items you want; we will reply about whether we can send them and what it would cost. We cannot promise an overseas delivery date.
Address accuracy
Please check the recipient name, mobile number, full address and pincode before payment. Delays or return charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
Delays
Courier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, festivals, service interruptions and remote-area routing can extend delivery times. Contact us if tracking has not moved for an unusual period.
